You bring the skill — we bring the clients, the shop traffic, and a chair that makes money.

You keep 50% commission on everything in your chair.

What We’re Looking For

Licensed barbers or cosmetologists who:
• Want a consistent schedule and steady clientele
• Take pride in their work — every cut counts
• Show up on time, ready to work, ready to win
• Understand that consistency builds a full book of clients
• Like a shop that’s clean, functional, and organized

Only 4 days a week — but they’re full shifts.

(Clientele doesn’t build off half-days and disappearing acts.)

What We’re NOT Looking For

We’ll save everyone time:

If any of these sound like you… this won't be your forever home.
• Shop hoppers — if you switch shops every year (or every time Mercury goes retrograde), we’re not your next pit stop.
• Clock-punchers — if you only cut hair because you “have to,” we are definitely not your soulmate.
• Station squatters — if you never clean your area unless someone threatens your clippers, nope. We like people who wipe down, dust, sweep, and keep the shop sharp even when nobody’s watching.
• Constant skeptics — if you always think someone’s cheating you or out to get you… trust me, they’re not. Our team is solid, supportive, and drama-free. (We check egos at the door.)

Schedule
• Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM — 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM — 4:00 PM
• You must work one weekend day per week
• Days will not be consecutive (keeps the team balanced and the shop staffed)
• Only 4 full days are required

Responsibilities
• Clean, consistent haircuts — fades, tapers, classic cuts, straight-razor work
• Treat clients like they matter
• Maintain a clean, professional station
• Recommend products and styles when appropriate
• Keep a positive vibe and contribute to the shop culture

Requirements
• Valid North Carolina Barber or Cosmetology License
• Proficiency in modern and classic cuts (straight razor is a strong plus)
• Good communication with clients
• Team-focused attitude
• Retail/product knowledge is helpful (not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $24.25 - $52.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
