Barons is looking for talented, professional barbers and stylists to join our established Germantown team.

We are a high-end barbershop built around craftsmanship, hospitality and genuine client relationships. We are selective about who joins our team because the experience we provide matters just as much as the haircut.

Responsibilities
• Deliver consistently excellent haircuts and grooming services
• Provide thoughtful consultations and recommendations
• Perform clipper work, shear cutting, fades and traditional men’s styles
• Maintain accurate client notes and preferences
• Encourage rebooking and build long-term client relationships
• Follow up with clients when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional station
• Manage a dependable full-time schedule
• Support the overall success and culture of the shop
• Uphold Barons’ standards for craftsmanship, hospitality and professionalism

Qualifications
• Active Tennessee barber or cosmetology license
• Minimum of five years of barbering or cutting experience
• Strong clipper and shear-cutting skills
• Experience working with multiple hair textures preferred
• Excellent consultation and client-service skills
• Dependable, professional and motivated to grow
• Comfortable managing and developing a personal book of business
• Available to maintain a consistent full-time schedule

Pay: $1,250.00 - $2,250.00 per week
