We've built a loyal membership base that's already outpacing the H&N system average for new locations, which means your chair stays full without you doing the chasing.

What We're Looking For

A licensed barber who's confident and consistent in:
• Men's haircuts, fades, and line-ups
• Beard grooming and straight razor services
• Precision detailing, every time, not just on a good day
• Following a structured service process (our Golden Standard)
• Keeping a clean, sanitation-compliant station

We're high-volume with a member base that expects the same quality on visit fifty as visit one. If you're dependable, punctual, and coachable, you'll thrive here. If you need constant supervision to stay on track, this isn't the shop.

What You'll Actually Do
• Deliver haircuts, beard work, razor services, and premium grooming per our Golden Standard
• Build real relationships with members, this is a retention business, not a one-and-done shop
• Keep your station organized and compliant
• Work with our concierge/front desk team to pre-book and protect your book
• Show up as part of a team that takes the work seriously without taking itself too seriously

Compensation & Benefits
• Up to $40/hour including base, commission, and tips
• 100% of tips, yours, full stop
• Paid time off

Requirements
• Active Georgia Barber License
• Evening and weekend availability
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Reliable, consistent, and open to coaching
