The Role
Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and hardworking licensed barber to join our team. Our shop, located in Arden-Arcade, is a busy and well-regarded establishment. This is a booth rental position, but we do not require any clientele. We actively support our barbers through advertising and our 5 star reputation to ensure their success.
Responsibilities
• Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling using various techniques such as straight razors and clippers.
• Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
• Utilize salon software like Vagaro to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Requirements
• Valid cosmetology or barbering license issued by the state or relevant authority.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and team members.
Pay: $20.00 - $80.00 per hour
