Responsibilities
• Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client's preferences and hair type
• Perform specialized treatments such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and hair threading with precision and care
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
• Use salon software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and facilitate retail sales
• Engage clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, offering expert advice on hair care products, and upselling services when appropriate
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing check-ins/outs, and handling retail inventory management
• Mentor junior team members and support store management in daily operations to ensure a smooth salon experience

Requirements
• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry
• Proficiency in salon software such as MINDBODY for appointment booking and client management
• Strong knowledge of hair care products, color theory, and advanced styling techniques including hair coloring and straight razor grooming
• Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities
• Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration
• Ability to perform specialized services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair threading with attention to detail
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all aspects of service delivery
