What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same-and that's what makes this role so rewarding!

As a Cosmetology Instructor, You'll
• Teach and coach future beauty professionals in both classroom and clinic settings
• Demonstrate cutting, color, styling, texture, and guest service techniques
• Mentor students as they build confidence and technical skills
• Create a fun, engaging, and motivating learning environment
• Celebrate student wins while helping them overcome challenges
• Support students from their first day through graduation
• Work alongside an amazing leadership team that's passionate about education and culture

You'll have the opportunity to help students discover their potential while shaping the future of the beauty industry.

What We're Looking For
• Current Wisconsin Cosmetology License
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Passion for education, mentorship, and lifelong learning
• Team player who enjoys building relationships
• Reliable, motivated, and excited to make a difference every day
