We're looking for a dynamic, organized, and inspiring individual to lead and support our talented team of Estheticians. In this role, you’ll report directly to the Clinic General Manager and play a key leadership role in shaping the careers and success of our Licensed Estheticians, while still performing skincare treatments on clients. You'll provide administrative support, train and onboard Estheticians, monitor Esthetician performance results, oversee ongoing development plans, and foster a professional, safe, and empowering environment for our employees.Best of all, you'll have the opportunity to continue practicing and grow your own clientele!
