Full-Time Licensed Esthetician (Body Contouring + Consultation Sales)


We are a luxury medical aesthetics clinic specializing in advanced, non-surgical hair restoration and body contouring. We are seeking an experienced, polished, and detail-oriented Licensed Esthetician to join our Tampa team 25-30 hours a week.


This role is ideal for an esthetician who excels in patient care, precision, and delivering consistent, high-quality results in a luxury clinical environment — while confidently educating patients and supporting consultation-based sales.


Position Details


Schedule: Full-Time


Location: Tampa, FL — In Person


Compensation: $28 per hour + 5% commission on sold packages


Primary Focus: Body Contouring Treatments + Consultation Sales + Clinical Support


Position Overview


You will perform advanced body contouring treatments, support the clinical flow of the practice, and help guide patients through treatment recommendations during consultations. This is a hands-on, treatment-focused role where you will help deliver a high-end, results-driven patient experience while contributing to clinic growth through ethical, education-based sales.


Core Responsibilities


Body Contouring (T-Shape 2)



Perform T-Shape 2 body contouring treatments (training + certification provided)
Provide services including:
Fat reduction & body sculpting
Skin tightening
Cellulite reduction
Lymphatic drainage
Follow established treatment protocols and provider guidance
Educate patients on treatment expectations and aftercare
Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout each session
Document all treatments accurately in the clinic system

Consultation Sales



Conduct or assist with body contouring consultations
Educate patients on treatment plans, packages, and expected outcomes
Confidently recommend appropriate services based on patient goals
Support sales of treatment packages, memberships, and add-on services
Maintain a luxury, educational, non-pushy sales approach
Earn 5% commission on sold packages

Clinical Support



Prepare, sanitize, and reset treatment rooms before and after procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile environment
Assist providers and support clinical flow throughout the day
Ensure all treatments meet Revita Luxe’s luxury and safety standards

Inventory & Organization



Monitor and restock treatment supplies
Maintain organized storage and back-of-house areas
Notify management when inventory is running low

Qualifications



Florida Licensed Esthetician — Required
Experience with body contouring or laser treatments — Preferred
Strong attention to detail and patient care
Professional appearance with luxury-level customer service skills
Organized, dependable, and efficient
Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Confidence in educating patients and supporting consultation-based sales
