The Role
Experienced Lash Technician (Evening Position)
Company: Her Lash Brand
Location: Tampa, FL
Schedule: Part-Time | Tuesday–Friday | Approximately 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
About the Position
Her Lash Brand is looking for an experienced, reliable Lash Technician to join our growing team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who already has lash experience, enjoys creating beautiful work, and wants to continue growing their skills in a supportive, education-focused environment.
This is not a beginner position. We’re looking for someone who is already confident performing lash extensions and is ready to take their skills to the next level.
Requirements
• Certified and experienced Lash Technician
• Must complete a full lash set in under 2 hours
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Passionate about the beauty industry and providing an excellent client experience
• Comfortable taking high-quality photos and videos of your work for social media
• Positive attitude and eager to learn
• Looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with Her Lash Brand
What You’ll Do
• Perform quality lash extension services during evening appointments
• Create a clean, luxury experience for every client
• Capture professional before-and-after photos and videos of your work
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat business

Pay: Up to $260.00 per day
