Lash Technician/Esthetician/Cosmetologist

Job Summary

Duties
• Perform eyelash extension applications, ensuring precise technique and client satisfaction
• Deliver a variety of esthetic treatments including chemical peels, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, and laser therapies
• Provide hair services such as styling, extensions, threading, and barbering with professionalism and attention to detail
• Conduct body waxing, facial treatments, makeup application, and nail care to meet diverse client needs
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, retail sales opportunities, and aftercare instructions
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to safety protocols during all procedures
• Manage client communication effectively through consultation and personalized treatment plans using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including guest services, appointment scheduling, and social media management to promote the salon’s offerings

Experience
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Lash Technician, Esthetician, or Cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of services offered
• Knowledge of advanced aesthetic treatments such as Botox injections, dermal fillers, laser therapy, chemical peels, and tattooing techniques
• Familiarity with salon management software including Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
• Experience in retail sales and upselling products or treatments to enhance client results and salon revenue
• Skilled in social media management to engage clients and promote services online
• Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetics as required by local regulations; additional training in nursing or medical aesthetics is a plus
• Ability to perform hair styling, threading, body waxing, deep tissue massage, and other aesthetic treatments with professionalism

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
