What you'll do
• Deliver lash and brow services that keep clients coming back and pre-booking
• Keep your station clean, sterile, and up to Texas health standards
• Recommend memberships and retail based on what each client actually needs
• Build your own book of regulars
• Hold the quality standard on every set

What we're looking for

Required:
• Active Texas Cosmetology, Esthetician, or Eyelash Specialty license
• Hands-on experience with classic and volume lash extensions
• Reliable, clean, and easy to work with, open to feedback
• Strong client communication — you listen first, then advise
• Honest and straightforward with guests and with us
• Careful, consistent work

Nice to have (we can train you):
• Eyelash
• Brow experience (waxing, tinting, lamination)
• Lash lift and tint experience

Pay: $600.00 - $1,500.00 per week
