Sugar Lash Beauty Bar ATX is a boutique lash and beauty salon located in Leander, TX. We are seeking a Licensed Aesthetician who is experienced in lash extensions and who already has an existing clientele or is actively and strongly building one. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who values quality work, consistency, and a positive salon environment.

REQUIREMENTS (Must Have)
• Current Texas Aesthetician License (required)
• Hands-on experience in lash extensions (required)
• Existing clientele or a strong, active clientele-building presence (required)
• Confident in consultations, treatment planning, and client education
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow salon protocols and brand standards

Skills That Are a PLUS (Not Required)

(Training available)
• Eyebrow shaping
• Waxing
• Brow services (tinting, shaping, etc.)

Services You Should Be Comfortable Performing
• Lash extensions (classic and/or volume)
• Brow waxing
• Product and homecare recommendations

Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality lash services
• Maintain sanitation, organization, and professionalism at all times
• Deliver a consistent, luxury client experience
• Rebook clients and recommend retail products
• Contribute positively to a supportive, drama-free salon culture
