Role Description The Lash Extension Artist is a full-time, on-site role based at Beaudee Lash Bar in Philadelphia, PA. This role includes performing classic, hybrid, and volume lash extension applications, fills, removals, and lash health assessments. Daily tasks involve consulting with clients to understand their preferences, recommending suitable styles, maintaining strict sanitation and safety standards, and documenting services provided. The Lash Extension Artist will manage appointment schedules, ensure treatment areas are clean and organized, and support positive client experiences through attentive service and professional communication. The role may also include educating clients on aftercare, promoting services and retail products, and collaborating with the team to uphold consistent quality and brand standards.

Qualifications
• State-required cosmetology or esthetician license (or certification) for performing lash services, with demonstrated experience in lash extension application.
• Strong technical skills in lash extension techniques, including isolation, mapping, safe application, and maintenance of lash health.
• Commitment to hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices in line with local regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent client service and communication skills, with the ability to consult, educate, and build trust with a diverse clientele.
• Attention to detail, steady manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results.
• Reliability and punctuality in a full-time, on-site setting, with the ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
• Comfort with basic appointment management, handling payments, and collaborating with team members in a professional environment.
• Previous experience in a lash bar, spa, or salon setting is preferred; ongoing interest in beauty trends and willingness to participate in training and skill development is highly valued.
