Responsibilities
• Perform eyelash extension applications using safe, hygienic practices aligned with sanitation standards
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ desired looks and recommend suitable lash styles
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols
• Educate clients on aftercare procedures to ensure long-lasting results and customer satisfaction
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
• Upsell complementary services like lash lifts, brow shaping, or skincare treatments to enhance client experience
• Engage with clients via social media management platforms to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and build community engagement

Requirements
• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with specialization in eyelash extensions
• Proven experience applying eyelash extensions with a strong portfolio of work
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control procedures
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to manage appointments effectively using salon management software like SQUARE
• Basic understanding of retail sales techniques to recommend products and aftercare items
• Experience with other beauty treatments such as body waxing, eyebrow services/ lash lifts , or spray tans is a plus!
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
