About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laser Technician/Esthetician to join our team. This individual must be confident, professional, and ready to hit the ground running. You will perform a wide range of advanced services while delivering an unparalleled client experience. The ideal candidate is not only technically proficient but also demonstrates high character, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best.

What You'll Do
• Provide customized and personalized skin treatments through a deep understanding of ingredients and product offerings
• Listen to each client to create a unique experience
• Perform advanced treatments including laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation treatments. Esthetician services such as Hydrafacials, Microneedling, Chemical Peels and Dermaplaning a preferred but not required. (must still have esthetician experience.
• Conduct thorough consultations and skin analyses to create customized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on at-home care routines, products, and treatment options to support long-term results.
• Ensure proper laser safety practices and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and luxurious environment for every guest.
• Support team goals by promoting memberships, enhancements, and retail products with confidence.
• Uphold all company policies, standards, and treatment protocols.

The Ideal Candidate
• Valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License; Laser Certification required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience as both a Laser Technician and Esthetician.
• Proven expertise in laser treatments.
• Strong knowledge of laser safety and proper protocols.
• Highly professional with exceptional client service and communication skills.
• Strong character, integrity, and a team-oriented mindset.
• A passion for our brand and the way we are changing the skincare industry
• Takes pride in their appearance & hygiene
• Self-motivated
• Must have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
• Must be confident when recommending memberships, enhancements, and products
• Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - including weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts
• Experience with Peels, Microneedling, Laser, Facials

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
