We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Injector & Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic and growing aesthetics team. Key Responsibilities

Injectables & Aesthetic Treatments
• Administer injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, PRP/PRF, and other aesthetic procedures.
• Perform a wide range of facials, including hydrafacials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and other advanced skincare treatments.
• Conduct body contouring and sculpting services, including radiofrequency, cavitation, and other non-invasive modalities.
• Perform thorough client consultations to assess individual goals, develop personalized treatment plans, and educate clients on available options.
• Ensure precise technique, safety, and comfort throughout all injectable and aesthetic services.

Client Care & Compliance
• Maintain accurate client records, including pre- and post-treatment documentation.
• Adhere to all sanitation, sterilization, and safety protocols to ensure a pristine and compliant treatment environment.
• Provide exceptional guest service, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive and results-driven experience.
• Collaborate with other healthcare and spa professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Professional Development & Team Support
• Stay current with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies in medical aesthetics and skincare.
• Assist with front desk operations, scheduling, and client communications when needed.
• Support marketing efforts through social media content, before-and-after photos, and client education.

Skills & Qualifications
• Active Aesthetician (Licensed Esthetician with appropriate certification for injectables).
• Proven experience performing injectables and advanced skincare treatments.
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skincare ingredients, and aesthetic technology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented with excellent artistic and technical precision.
• Knowledge of dermabrasion, laser treatments, and tattoo camouflage or pigmentation techniques is a plus.
• Ability to sanitize, organize, and maintain a clean, professional workspace.
• Experience with social media marketing or client engagement is beneficial
