Job Description:

Vendetta Salon is looking for talented, independent beauty professionals (Hair Stylists, Barbers, or Cosmetologists) to join our collaborative, design-forward neighborhood space. We operate strictly on an independent booth-rental model, meaning you retain 100% control over your schedule, your client pricing, and your booking platform while keeping 100% of your service sales. Please note, we are a pure service salon and do not sell retail products.
We currently have one premium universal station available and are open to filling it with either a full-time monthly tenant or a flexible part-time daily renter.

Choose the Rental Structure That Fits Your Business:

• Option A: Full-Time Universal Station ($1,100 / Month)
• A dedicated, permanent universal hydraulic chair and station space.
• Equivalent to an incredibly affordable $254 a week for the Seattle market.
• Includes 4 Weeks of Rent-Free Vacation Per Year: Once per season, you get one full week of rent-paid vacation time where your station costs you absolutely nothing. The salon owner steps in to utilize the chair for bookings, allowing you to completely travel, rest, or disconnect without worrying about business overhead or "ghost rent" bills waiting for your return.
• Option B: Part-Time Universal Station ($75 / Day)
• A flexible, set schedule (e.g., 2 to 3 days per week) to anchor your business.
• The perfect home base to service your clientele without the overhead costs of a full-time monthly lease.

• The Essentials: Premium universal hydraulic chair (perfect for both sharp barbering and detailed hair styling), anti-fatigue mat, large mirror, and built-in storage cabinetry.
• Fully Covered Tech: Your professional booking system software license is completely provided and paid for by the salon—no monthly software app fees out of your pocket.
• Fully Stocked Backbar & Laundry: Save hundreds a month on supplies. You get unlimited access to our premium shampoo backbar lines, clean house towels, and on-site laundry facilities.

What You Need to Bring:

• Active Washington State Barber or Cosmetology License.
• Your individual WA Salon/Shop License and UBI number (we can guide you through this process if you are transitioning from a W-2 job!).
• Professional general liability insurance policy.
• Your own tools (clippers, shears, trimmers, hot tools) for your service clients.
