Role Description This is an on-site, contract role for an Independent Hair Stylist/Booth Renter based at Beauté Haus in Cherry Hills Village, CO. The stylist is responsible for providing a full range of hair services, including consultations, cutting, coloring, styling, and hair care treatments tailored to individual client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing one’s own schedule, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, handling client bookings and payments, and ensuring a welcoming, professional client experience. The role also involves recommending products and hair care routines, building and retaining a loyal client base, and adhering to all salon policies, sanitation standards, and local regulations. As an independent contractor, the stylist is expected to manage their own business operations while collaborating respectfully with other professionals in the salon.

Qualifications



Proficient in Hair Styling and Hair Care techniques, including cutting, coloring, and finishing services.Licensed in Cosmetology in the state of Colorado, with a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices.Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction, professionalism, and client retention.Effective Communication skills to conduct consultations, explain services and products, and build lasting client relationships.Ability to work independently as a booth renter, including managing appointments, payments, and personal brand or clientele.Commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.Previous salon or independent stylist experience is strongly preferred.Comfort with basic business practices such as time management, simple record-keeping, and, ideally, social media or local marketing to grow clientele.
