Hairstylist/SALON JOB /Cosmetologist

Responsibilities:

- Provide a wide range of beauty services to clients, including haircuts, hair styling, hair coloring, nail care, and eyelash extensions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.

- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and desired outcomes.

- Perform consultations and make recommendations for hair and beauty treatments.

- Use straight razors for shaving and grooming services.

- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior cosmetologists.

- Perform hair threading services.

- Upsell salon products and services to clients.

- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge and experience in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling.

- Proficiency in providing nail care services, including manicures and pedicures.

- Experience in applying eyelash extensions.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.

- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

- Knowledge of store management practices, including inventory management and retail sales.
