Role Description



This is an on-site role for a Hairstylist located in Atlanta, GA. The role involves providing exceptional hair care services, including hair cutting, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs. The Hairstylist will consult with clients to understand their preferences, maintain a clean and organized workstation, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include staying updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and contributing to a positive and professional salon environment.




Qualifications



Strong skills in Hair Styling, Hair Care, and the ability to perform various techniques and treatmentsProfessional training or certification in CosmetologyProficiency in Customer Service with a client-focused approach to ensure satisfactionExcellent Communication skills to engage with clients and understand their preferencesSelf-motivated with the ability to work in a team as well as independentlyPrevious salon experience is preferred but not requiredValid cosmetology license for the state of GeorgiaA passion for the beauty and hairstyling industry and a commitment to continuous learning
