Duties

Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to client preferencesDeliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendationsMaintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipmentUpsell retail products such as hair care items to enhance client results and increase sales opportunitiesEducate clients on hair care routines and product usage to promote ongoing maintenance at homeStay current with industry trends and techniques through continuous learning and professional developmentQualifications

Proven experience as a hairstylist with a strong portfolio of workExcellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team membersKnowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environmentAbility to upsell products confidently while maintaining genuine customer relationshipsExperience in retail sales is preferredStrong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanorValid cosmetology license or certification as required by skilled trades Ontario regulationsJoin our team to make a positive impact on clients’ lives through expert styling and exceptional service. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
