Responsibilities



Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
Perform hair styling, cutting, and coloring services, ensuring high standards of sanitation and safety.
Utilize salon software, including MINDBODY, for appointment scheduling and client management.
Mentor junior staff and assist in training on techniques such as hair extensions and makeup application.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while managing retail sales and inventory effectively.

Qualifications



Valid cosmetology license
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficient in hair styling, barbering, and sanitation practices
Experience with hair extensions and makeup application
Familiarity with salon software, particularly MINDBODY
Knowledge of color theory and retail sales techniques
Ability to mentor junior staff and manage front desk operations
Skills in eyelash extensions and nail care

Job Type: Part-time


Pay: $15.00 - $34.00 per hour
