The Role
At Rocky Mountain Hair Co., we are committed to delivering exceptional beauty services in a warm, welcoming, and luxurious environment. Located inside the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, we take pride in creating memorable experiences for every guest through outstanding customer service, professionalism, and teamwork. We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about hospitality, take initiative, and are excited to grow with our salon. Full-time or part-time, bridal HMUA a plus, blowout skillset required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of hair and beauty services to clients, including haircuts, hair styling, coloring, and treatments.
- Offer exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon equipment.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the cosmetology industry.
- Promote and sell salon products to clients.
- Utilize salon software, such as STX Cloud, for scheduling appointments and managing client information.
Requirements:
- Valid cosmetology or hair license in the state of Colorado
- Experience as a cosmetologist or hairstylist preferred, or quick learner.
- Proficient in a wide range of hair styling techniques, weddings are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
