Job Summary

Opening in August 2026, Nashville Blonde Salon a brand new luxury hair salon in Franklin (Cool Springs), TN, specializing in Blonding, Hair Extensions and Custom Color. We are looking for talented stylists to provide high-end services and client experience at the salon. Commission pay. Be part of a fast growing salon that invests in its team to quickly grow their clientele and create a one-of-a-kind client experience. This position requires a Tennessee cosmetology license.

Skills
• Extensive experience working in the beauty industry with a strong foundation in cosmetology and barbering techniques
• Proficiency with salon software platforms
• Knowledge of color theory to create customized hair coloring solutions that complement each client’s style
• Skilled in hair styling techniques including blowouts
• Excellent communication skills for understanding client needs and providing personalized recommendations
• Strong understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic salon environment
