Moxie Salon & Beauty Bar is looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated hairstylist to join our growing team in Parsippany, NJ. Our brand-new salon is located in The District at 15Fifteen, one of New Jersey's newest luxury mixed-use developments featuring nearly 500 luxury apartments, approximately 60,000 square feet of retail, restaurants, and entertainment—creating incredible opportunities to build your clientele and grow your career.

Responsibilities
• Hair color services (single process, root touch-ups, glosses, toners, balayage, and highlights)
• Women's, men's, and children's haircuts
• Signature blowouts and styling
• Hair extensions (preferred but not required)
• Special occasion styling and updos (preferred)
• Provide personalized consultations and exceptional guest experiences
• Recommend professional retail products and home care
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Work collaboratively with an energetic, team-focused salon

Qualifications
• Active New Jersey Cosmetology License
• Strong experience with color, highlighting, cutting, and styling
• Extension experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player with a passion for continuing education and growth
