Responsibilities
• Provide professional haircuts, styling, coloring, and hair extension services tailored to each client’s preferences.
• Perform specialized treatments such as hair threading, eyelash extensions, and nail care to enhance overall client satisfaction.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
• Use salon software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
• Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Upsell retail products including hair care items, color treatments, and styling tools to maximize sales opportunities.
• Assist with front desk duties such as greeting clients, managing wait times, and supporting store management tasks.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, coloring, barbering (including straight razors), and retail strategies.

Qualifications
• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry.
• Proficiency in salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment booking and client management.
• Strong knowledge of hair care principles including color theory, sanitation practices, and hair styling techniques.
• Skilled in various services such as hair coloring, hair extensions, threading, eyelash extensions, and nail care.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships.
• Experience with store management tasks including retail sales math, upselling strategies, and front desk operations.
• Ability to perform detailed work using tools like straight razors while maintaining high safety standards.
