J Michael's Spa & Salonis a premier luxury salon dedicated to providing an elevated client experience through exceptional artistry, personalized service, and a refined atmosphere. We're seeking a skilled, full-time Hair Stylist with an existing book of clients to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
• Provide high-end haircuts, color, and styling services tailored to each client's needs
• Deliver a consistently luxurious, white-glove client experience
• Maintain and grow an existing client base within our salon
• Stay ahead of industry trends, techniques, and premium product lines
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and salon etiquette
• Recommend retail and add-on services to enhance the client experience
• Collaborate with a team of top-tier stylists and support staff

Qualifications:
• Valid cosmetology license in KY
• Established book of clients required
• 2+ years of professional styling experience
• Proven ability to build strong, lasting client relationships
• Advanced skills in color, cutting, and styling techniques
• Polished, professional presentation and communication skills
• Portfolio and/or social media presence showcasing your work
• Willingness to continue learning and growing as a professional and and team mate
