What You’ll Do



Provide expert haircuts, coloring, and styling services to a diverse clientele.
Stay ahead of industry trends through advanced training at our new HQ.
Deliver personalized service that builds loyalty and keeps clients coming back.
Recommend and sell salon products to enhance client results (and your paycheck).
Collaborate with a motivated, supportive team in a fast-paced environment.
Mentor and inspire junior stylists and future industry talent.

What We’re Looking For



Licensed Illinois Cosmetologist (or in progress for industry newcomers).
Skilled in cutting, coloring, and styling—or hungry to learn more.
Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset.
Team player who thrives in a high-energy, professional setting.
Retail-savvy with a knack for upselling services and products.
