Hairstylist/Cosmetologist

Desert Beauty Salon & Spa is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced hairstylist to join our East Tucson team in a commission-based position.

We’re seeking someone with strong technical skills, thoughtful client care, and a professional, team-oriented approach. Experience in color and blonding is especially valuable, along with extension experience.

Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized consultations, haircuts, color, blonding, and styling within your expertise.
• Recommend appropriate services and home care to support clients’ results.
• Build lasting client relationships through rebooking and consistent service.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized station and help keep shared salon spaces guest-ready.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and client communication as needed.
• Follow salon policies and communicate respectfully with clients, coworkers, and management.

Qualifications:
• Active Arizona cosmetology license.
• Previous professional salon experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating your recent work.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to contribute to the team.

This position offers commission-based compensation and opportunities to serve clients through salon referrals and our established clientele.
