Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cuts, styling, coloring, highlight and perm.
Provide expert advice on hair care, color theory, and styling techniques tailored to each client’s needs.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness according to industry regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Use salon management software Rosy Software to schedule appointments, process retail sales, upsell products or services, and manage client records efficiently.
Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing check-in/check-out processes.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license with comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques.
Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and collaborate with team members.
Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures within a salon environment.
Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for upselling products and services.
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude that builds lasting client relationships.
