This is a salon for stylists who want to create, grow, and build something bigger than just a chair rental. We are looking for passionate cosmetologists and hairstylists who take pride in their craft, value professionalism, and want to help shape a new beauty movement in the Woodinville area.

Are confident in cutting, coloring, styling, and modern beauty trends
Have strong customer service and communication skills
Thrive in a team-oriented environment

Understand social media branding and client retention
Bring positive energy and ambition into the workplace

Responsibilities



Perform hair services including cuts, color, styling, treatments, and consultations
Build and maintain a loyal clientele
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional salon environment
Stay current with modern trends, techniques, and products
Promote salon culture through social media and client engagement
Deliver an exceptional guest experience from start to finish
Collaborate with the team to help grow the Crooks & Queens brand

Qualifications



Active Washington State Cosmetology License
Previous salon experience preferred, but motivated newer stylists are encouraged to apply
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work weekends and peak business hours
Passion for beauty, fashion, and culture
