Hairstylist/Cosmetologist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Cosmetologist to join our team. BUZZ CUTS is a children's salon, and the ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty and possess expertise in various cosmetology services focused towards kids. Duties:
- Provide a range of beauty services including hair styling, hair cutting, shampooing and other miscellaneous services
- Utilize salon software for appointments, inventory management, and client records
- Perform retail sales of beauty products and other products focused towards kids entertainment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate proficiency in store management tasks such as inventory control and retail math calculations
- Offer expertise in cosmetology techniques

Skills:

- Ability to work with kids
- Familiarity with salon software for scheduling and client management
- Experience in store management tasks including inventory control
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients
- Skilled in retail sales and recommending beauty products to clients
- Expertise in cosmetology practices and techniques
- Understanding of retail math for sales transactions
