Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Orland Park, IL, for a talented and customer-focused Hairstylist. The Hairstylist will provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, staying updated with the latest hairstyling trends, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients is also a vital aspect of the role.

Qualifications
• Proficient in Hair Cutting, Coloring, Styling, and Treatment techniques
• Expertise in Client Consultation and creating tailored styling solutions
• Strong knowledge of Hair Care Products and their appropriate usage
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to foster client relationships
• Knowledge of Hygiene Standards and Safety Practices in a salon environment
• Valid State Cosmetology License
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous hairstyling experience is preferred but not mandatory, with training opportunities available
