Duties
• Assist clients with their hair care needs, including shampooing, conditioning, and styling
• Learn and perform various hair techniques such as cutting, coloring, and styling using professional tools
• Support the salon team with retail sales of hair care products, and accessories
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Use salon software to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their desired looks and aftercare instructions
• Help with front desk duties such as greeting clients, managing wait times, and answering phone inquiries

Requirements
• A genuine interest in the beauty industry with a desire to learn new skills
• Strong communication skills to connect with clients and team members effectively
• Ability to follow sanitation protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Willingness to learn about hair coloring, threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and other beauty services
• Basic retail math skills forp upselling products and managing sales transaction
• Previous experience working in customer service or retail environments is a plus but not necessary
• A positive attitude, motivation to grow professionally, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Cosmetology liscence required or soon to finish cosmetology school.

Pay: $18.00 - $36.00 per hour
