Responsibilities



Provide a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and cosmetology.
Offer makeup application services as needed, enhancing clients' overall appearance.
Perform specialized services such as eyelash extensions and straight razor shaves, if qualified.
Mentor junior stylists and assist with their professional development.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
Utilize retail math skills to assist clients with product recommendations and sales.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills



Strong background in cosmetology with relevant certifications or licenses in FL.
Proficiency in various hair styling techniques.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in store management or retail operations is a plus.
Ability to mentor others and share knowledge effectively within the team.
Familiarity with makeup application techniques is advantageous.
Knowledge of retail math for effective product sales is preferred.
