As a full-time Hairstylist, you’ll deliver customized cuts, color, and treatments while building a loyal clientele in a salon designed for growth. Our commission-based structure with strong client flow allows stylists to realistically earn $70,000–$100,000+, with the opportunity to build a solid, returning book in as little as 6 months.


You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where support, education, and accountability are part of the culture—not something you have to figure out on your own. We focus on consistency in client experience, so every stylist is set up to succeed and grow.


What you’ll be doing:



Delivering personalized consultations and high-quality services (cut, color, treatments)
Building and maintaining a loyal, returning clientele
Staying current on trends through ongoing education and hands-on learning
Maintaining a consistent personal social media presence to showcase your work and support client growth (we’ll guide you on what to post and how to grow)
Contributing to a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
Collaborating with a team that values professionalism, growth, and strong client experiences

Qualifications:



Proficiency in hair styling, hair care, and cosmetology techniques
Strong customer service skills with a dedication to creating positive client experiences
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to consult with clients and understand their needs
Valid cosmetology license (required)
Ability to stay current with trends and bring creativity to your work
Team player with a strong sense of professionalism and reliability
