Responsibilities
• Perform a wide range of hair services including cuts, styling, coloring, and hair extensions with precision and creativity
• Use salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently
• Provide expert consultations on hair care routines, color theory, and styling options tailored to each client’s needs
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, sterilizing equipment, and adhering to health regulations
• Assist clients with retail sales of hair care products, accessories, and additional beauty services through effective upselling techniques
• Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, booking appointments, and answering inquiries in a friendly manner
• Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care to foster team growth

Qualifications
• Valid cosmetology license with proven experience in professional hair styling and grooming techniques
• Proficiency in advanced skills such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and makeup application is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their desired looks while providing personalized recommendations
• Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
