Posh Beauty Miami is looking for a talented, professional, and passionate Hair Stylist / Blow Bar Specialist to join our growing team.

We are a luxury beauty destination focused on providing an elevated experience through exceptional service, beautiful results, and attention to every detail. We are looking for a stylist who loves creating beautiful, polished hair and understands the importance of delivering an outstanding client experience from beginning to end.

What We're Looking For
• Valid Florida Cosmetology License
• Professional experience performing blowouts and hair styling
• Strong blow-dry and round-brush technique
• Ability to work confidently with different hair types and textures
• Experience creating smooth, voluminous, bouncy, and polished blowouts
• Experience with hot tools, curls, waves, and finished styling
• Excellent attention to detail
• Professional, polished appearance and communication
• Friendly, positive, and client-focused personality
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality
• Passion for beauty, hospitality, and luxury service

Experience with updos, extensions, treatments, braiding, event styling, or bridal hair is a major plus.

Compensation and schedule will be discussed based on experience, availability, and skill level.
