Hair Stylist/Barber

The Shop California is growing! We’re excited to open our newest salon right in the heart of Downtown Santa Rosa. We're looking for talented, friendly, and team-oriented Stylists and Barbers who want to join us as we launch our newest location.

While this location is new, The Shop isn't. We've been serving clients and building successful salons in the Bay Area for 15 years and we're excited to bring that experience and energy to Santa Rosa. This is a great opportunity to join a new team, help shape the culture of The Shop and grow alongside a location that's just getting started!

The Downtown Santa Rosa location is surrounded by great restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and other local businesses. It's a fun, energetic area with plenty of foot traffic and lots of opportunities to meet new clients.

What We're Looking For

· Current California Cosmetology or Barber License

· Strong cutting skills across a variety of styles

· Positive attitude and strong work ethic

· Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

We are aiming for a mid-July opening, but if you are interested in starting earlier, we could give you hours in one of our other Shops.

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
