Responsibilities

Provide expert haircuts, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences, including precision fades, beard trims, and classic cutsPerform specialized services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, hair threading, and makeup application to enhance client satisfactionUtilize salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales trackingMaintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staffEngage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or servicesUpsell retail products such as hair care items, styling tools, and grooming accessories to boost revenue while providing value to clientsMentor junior team members by sharing techniques and best practices to foster professional growth within the teamExperience

Valid cosmetology or barbering license required; additional certifications in hair extensions, eyelash extensions, or makeup are a plusProven experience in hair styling and barbering with a strong portfolio of diverse styles and techniquesFamiliarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY is preferredKnowledge of color theory, sanitation protocols, and advanced styling techniques including straight razor shaves is highly desirableStrong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationshipsExperience in retail sales, upselling strategies, and retail math to maximize revenue opportunitiesAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailJoin us today and be part of a vibrant team committed to transforming grooming into an art form!
