Responsibilities



Deliver a wide range of hair services including cuts, trims, styling, tailored to each client's preferences.
Utilize salon software like to check in customers. manage client addreses, and entering their clip notes into the system.
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client needs, offering professional advice on styles and products, and upselling retail items when appropriate.
Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, checking in clients & answering phone, and handling payments.

Experience



Proven experience as a hairstylist or barber with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and techniques.
Skilled in using salon software for scheduling and retail management; familiarity with retail sales strategies is a plus.
Certification in cosmetology or barbering from an accredited institution; additional training in nail care or makeup application is advantageous.
Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members while providing personalized recommendations.
