Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, Grey camo, and texturizing to meet client preferences and enhance their natural beauty
• Provide expert barbering services such as straight razor shaves, beard trims, and classic cuts with precision and care
• Offer additional beauty treatments like hair extensions, nail care, and face and scalp treatments to create comprehensive client experiences
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Use salon software systems like Zenoti to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently
• Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their needs, recommend suitable products or services, and upsell retail items confidently
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing wait times, and supporting store management operations as needed
• Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair care techniques, color theory, store management practices, and customer service excellence

Qualifications
• Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state law
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of hair styling and grooming skills
• Strong understanding of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a Barber salon setting
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to perform retail math calculations for upselling products confidently
• Experience with retail sales strategies and client retention techniques to foster long-term relationships

Pay: $31.55 - $45.00 per hour
