Pistachio Cut and Color Bar, an established AVEDA Salon in Carlsbad, CA, is hiring for entry level to experienced Hair Stylists who are ready to build a long-term career in a supportive, team-based environment.

Whether you are newly licensed and looking for mentorship or already experienced behind the chair, this opportunity offers hands-on education, career growth, and a clear pathway to increase your income and skills.

For over 20 years, Pistachio has proudly served the North County San Diego community. We are located in Plaza Paseo Real near Cinepolis Cinemas and Carlsbad Dove Library in the La Costa / Aviara area.

What You’ll Do

Hair Stylists may perform duties including:
• Haircutting, coloring, styling, and blowouts
• Shampooing and preparing clients for services
• Delivering excellent guest hospitality
• Recommending AVEDA products and services
• Maintaining salon cleanliness and organization
• Participating in education and training programs
• Supporting teammates and contributing to salon success

What We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates are:
• Licensed California cosmetologists
• Positive and team-oriented
• Coachable and motivated to grow
• Reliable and professional
• Passionate about hair and customer service
• Available to work weekends
• Reliable transportation required

Previous salon or customer service experience is preferred.
