Guaranteed hourly ($18–$20 depending on experience)
Commission on services + retail

What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality cutting, styling, and finishing services
Provide color services including custom color + corrective work
Deliver exceptional guest experiences from consultation to send-off
Support salon creative projects (collections, shows, shoots when available)
Contribute to marketing through social media, brand presence, and industry events
Track performance metrics that support growth

Requirements

Valid NY Cosmetology License
Previous stylist experience preferred
Portfolio of work
Resume + references
Barbicide Certification (or willingness to obtain)
