Hair Stylist Assistant

Duties:
• Must be licensed.
• Assistants help out around the salon with various tasks that include, and are not limited to:
• Shampooing and conditioning clients
• Blow-drying clients
• Sweeping salon floor
• Cleaning and maintaining salon’s appearance
• Laundry, folding towels
• Helping prepare clients for service
• Ensuring clients are comfortable, offering beverages and something to read

Must be available to work Saturdays.

$15/hr + tips

Tuesday-Saturday

Requirements
• Valid cosmetology or barbering license; additional certifications in nail care or makeup application are a plus
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols within a busy salon environment
• Passion for learning new techniques
