Experienced Stylist & Salon Manager
Pay: $55,000/year + tips + bonuses
Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hrs/week (evenings & weekends required)
Location: Brentwood, TN (in-person)
Bonus: Retention bonus after 6 months with positive performance review

Our Brentwood location is expanding — and we’re looking for an experienced stylist with leadership skills ready to manage a talented team and deliver exceptional client experiences.

The Role

This is a dual stylist-manager position for an ambitious professional who loves working behind the chair while leading a team to excellence.

You’ll:
• Manage daily operations and team performance
• Motivate, coach, and mentor stylists and assistants
• Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and operational readiness
• Track KPIs, sales goals, and productivity metrics
• Deliver premium services (cuts, color, balayage, keratin, extensions)
• Conduct consultations that exceed client expectations
• Promote memberships, retail, and add-on services

What We’re Looking For

A hands-on leader who’s high-accountability, low-drama, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-first environment.

Requirements:
• Valid Tennessee Cosmetology License
• 5+ years of salon experience (upscale or high-volume preferred)
• Prior leadership, mentorship, or shift-lead experience
• Strong communication, time management, and decision-making skills
• Confident with POS and booking systems (training available)
