The NOW is Hiring a Highly Skilled General Manager - Immediate Hire!

The NOW Massage, known for its premium services and beautiful design, is seeking a General Manager to lead and mentor the Experience Guide, Massage Therapy, and Management teams. As a General Manager, you will oversee seamless operations, adhere to budget goals, and work side by side with Experience Guides to ensure exemplary guest service.

Position Requirements:
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• Efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic with excellent guest service skills
• Strong communication, listening, and computer skills
• Enjoy mentoring and leading a team

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain a cooperative teamwork atmosphere emphasizing guest service
• Inform staff of responsibilities, performance expectations, and policies
• Provide top-level guest service and promote services and retail
• Assess employee performance and provide feedback
• Adhere to budget goals and maximize efficiency
• Monitor operations for compliance with standards
• Inventory products, order supplies, and handle payroll
• Recruit, interview, and hire employees
• Respond to customer inquiries or complaints promptly
• Collaborate with Leadership Team for improvements

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
