Nail Instructor — QQ Nails

QQ Nails is looking for a Nail Instructor to lead hands-on training and develop educational courses for our team and community. This role blends technical nail expertise with a passion for teaching and a genuine interest in the QQ Nails brand.

Responsibilities
• Deliver hands-on training sessions covering manicure and pedicure application, design, and technique
• Develop and update structured course curriculum and training materials
• Teach and demonstrate structured nails and Gel-X application
• Guide color matching and color theory, ensuring high sensitivity to tone, undertone, and finish
• Stay current on nail design trends and translate them into teachable techniques
• Represent and advocate for QQ Nails' products and services throughout training

Requirements
• Expert-level skill in nail design, structured nails, and Gel-X (manicure and pedicure)
• Strong eye for color and color matching
• Prior teaching, training, or mentorship experience preferred
• Genuine interest in QQ Nails' brand, services, and products
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable leading group and 1:1 sessions
