Duties
• Provide a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and trigger point therapy
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their concerns, medical history, and treatment goals
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatment procedures, address questions, and ensure comfort throughout each session
• Maintain detailed records of client treatments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with privacy regulations
• Stay current with industry best practices and expand your expertise in areas such as physiology knowledge, pain management, and medical terminology
• Ensure a safe environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols, including CPR certification and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive patient care

Qualifications
• 3+ years working as a licensed massage therapist preferred
• Ability to work full-time hours including weekends or evenings as needed to accommodate client schedules
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist with current CPR certification
• Proven experience in massage therapy with proficiency in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and trigger point therapy
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to accurately assess client needs and develop effective treatment plans
• Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
• Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
