Full-Time Cosmetologist – Eden & Ivy Salon and Spa

Eden & Ivy Salon and Spa is seeking a licensed cosmetologist to join our growing team in Downtown McDonough, GA.


We are a peaceful, luxury salon and spa focused on professionalism, structure, excellent customer service, healthy hair care, and creating an uplifting experience for every guest who walks through our doors.


We are currently looking for a reliable, growth-minded cosmetologist who is passionate about beauty, client experience, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.


Position Details



Full-Time
W-2 Position
Commission + additional compensation structure discussed during interview
Receptionist/front desk support provided
Existing client overflow opportunities available
Opportunity for continued growth within a growing salon environment

Responsibilities



Provide professional cosmetology services to clients
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation
Deliver excellent customer service and client care
Educate clients on healthy hair maintenance and recommended products/services
Maintain professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct
Assist in maintaining a peaceful and welcoming salon environment
Participate in salon marketing/content creation when needed
Follow salon systems, policies, and service standards

Ideal Candidate



Active Georgia Cosmetology License required
Reliable transportation required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Growth-minded and coachable
Comfortable working in a structured environment
Existing clientele preferred but not required
